The cooling capacity for towers operated in humid area near sea is based on 15 LMP/LR, water inlet 990 F: and ambient wet bulb temp 830 F. For dry areas, the Tower capacity can be increased by 10-20% Models not shown in the table are available on request.

MATERIAL SELECTION

Casing :

It has rust proof tough FRP, which can withstand high wind velocity and vibrations. This model does not require any painting and is compact in design with long life.

Filling :

Comes with a honeycomb designed rigid PVC, which has extended surface area. It assists in splitting air and water, which in turn enhances the contact time and heat transfer area through evaporation. Our PVC modules are vacuum formed and comes with double edges, to provide highly efficient and robust packing. These modules are the heart of cooling tower.

We also provide splash type filling where ever needed depend on water quality.

Fan :

The fan of the module is aerodynamically designed & has adjustable blade type axial. The flow fan is highly efficient & ensures large air flow at low static pressure with low noise levels.

Motor :

The motor used is squirrel-cage TEFC induction motor, which comes with IP55 weather proof electric motor that is suitable for humid outdoor conditions.

Distribution:

A special designed fixed down spray system with uniform water flow on fills media by convert the water into minute particles through PVC pipes with special designed spray nozzles to reduce the maximum heat of the water. 

RCC COOLING TOWER

SITS offers counter flow design Cooling Towers with RCC for large scale Cooling Tower Applications. Contact SITS for technical & dimensional data because every cooling tower will have different size of pipe diameter, fan diameter, motor HP etc, depending on duty and application.

Capacity Available : 500 m3/hr to 4,000 m3/hr per cell

Features:
  • RCC structure is designed to give maximum efficiency while retaining structural stability.
  • The distribution system is with the latest design of nozzles to ensure a proper distribution of water.
  • The fill media is of Virgin PVC fills, with double edge folding at the edges. These results in a very long life of fill media.
  • Choice of aerodynamic PVC – “S” type or “C” type Drift Eliminators.
  • Easy to clean and maintain. Highly reduced cost of maintenance.

FRP NATURAL DRAFT COOLING TOWER

We are involved in offering a comprehensive range of Natural Draft Cooling Towers, which doesn’t require any Fan, or PVC fills for works efficiently without any power or maintenance like other cooling towers. These are also equipped with hot dip galvanized structural and S.S. Nails / fasteners which ensures durability and efficiency. Natural draft cooling towers can be installed with any type of cooling application. In addition the non-clog nozzles fitted in the cooling tower are at very affordable price.
